These Terms of Service (“Agreement”) govern your use of the SkiniDip website and services. By placing an order on the SkiniDip website, you agree to abide by these terms and conditions.

Product Information

At SkiniDip, our products are carefully crafted with the majority of ingredients being natural. It is the customer’s responsibility to read the ingredients and use the products at their own risk. We take great care to provide accurate and comprehensive information about our products, including detailed descriptions, pricing, and availability. However, please note the following:

Accuracy Disclaimer: While we strive for accuracy, we cannot guarantee that all product information is entirely error-free, current, or complete. Any reliance on our product information is at your own discretion and risk.

Our perfume fragrance oils are matched to the originals but are not affiliated with the original names or brands. Our perfume list refers to the original names to help customers start their SkiniDip journey with us.

Orders and Payments

When you place an order for products through our website, you agree to the following terms:

Price and Payment: You are responsible for paying the specified price for the products, including any applicable taxes, shipping fees, and handling charges. Prices may change without notice.

Order Acceptance: Your order is subject to our acceptance. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason. If your order is cancelled, we will notify you and provide a refund.

Online Orders: Once an order has been confirmed, no changes or additions to the items can be made. Please ensure you review your cart carefully before completing your purchase.

It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that all address details are accurate during the order process. We cannot make changes to your address once the order is placed, so please double-check your details.

Our fulfilment process begins immediately after an order is received, and cancellation requests cannot be accommodated. All confirmed orders will be subject to our standard return policy.

In the event that an item becomes unavailable, SkiniDip reserves the right to cancel your order or items within your order at any time. We will provide a full refund back to your original form of payment and notify you via email if we cannot fulfil your order.

Fulfilment Timelines

Our standard order fulfilment time is within 3-5 working days. During promotional periods or sales, fulfilment may take 5-10 working days. We appreciate your patience as we work diligently to process each order as quickly as possible.

Delivery/Shipping

SkiniDip uses a courier service to deliver your products. After an order has been fulfilled, the delivery timeline is determined by the courier. While we strive for timely delivery, please be aware that delays may occur during high-volume periods (e.g., holidays).

Please note: If you are located in an outlying or rural area, shipping may take up to an additional 5 working days to reach you.

Before finalising your purchase, please verify the shipping method you’ve selected, as changes cannot be made once the order is placed.

For any delivery-related queries, you must contact the courier company directly. SkiniDip is not responsible for late deliveries or damaged goods.

Shipping Times: Estimated shipping times are approximate and may vary based on factors beyond our control, including product availability and third-party carrier performance.

Title and Risk of Loss: The title to products and the risk of loss pass to you once the products are delivered to the carrier.

Return/Refunds for Orders

Return Policy:

For hygiene and safety reasons, SkiniDip does not accept returns or exchanges on bath and body products. This is due to the potential risk of contamination once items have left our premises.

We are unable to offer refunds or exchanges if you simply did not enjoy the product or have changed your mind.

Refund Policy:

If you believe you have received a damaged or defective item, or if there was a fulfilment error, please email us at info@skinidip.co.za, and our Customer Care team will be happy to assist.

To be eligible for a refund:

  • You must contact us within 3 working days of receiving your order.

  • The item must be returned to us unused, in its original condition and packaging, for inspection.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you via email. Please allow 10–14 business days for the inspection and processing of your refund. If your refund is approved, it will be processed to your original method of payment.

Return Shipping Costs: You are responsible for paying your own return shipping costs. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Gift cards cannot be returned or refunded.
